In this photo I really like the white space. The form of the pillar really adds some depth to the photo. The number five is a symbol of the building.

In this photo there is a lot of white space, and the lighting is perfect in this picture. The shadow coming off of the tree gives the photo some form. There is a lot of texture in this picture which I think really brings the whole photograph together.
The lighting in this photo is something else. I really like the smooth texture of the building in the photograph. The sun behind the building provides a sense of light that really brings the whole picture together.

There is alot of symbolism in this photo. It shows a hardworking man who has an attention to detail. The texture in this photo is very soft and light. The lighting is perfect in this photo.
In this photo, there is a lot of white space and smooth texture. I really enjoy looking at the composition and form of this picture.
The texture in this photo is rough, the branches are jagged which adds the ruggedness to the photo. However the peacefulness in the photo adds a lighter side.
One of my favorite photos, the light blue of the sky gives the picture its form. The trees almost in perfect harmony with each other. The lighting is perfect in this photo, and it compliments the objects.
The shadow in this photo is one of my favorite parts about the photo. It gives a sense of a light verses dark idea. The cars coloring really spices things up in this photo, and it compliments the color of the building.
In this photo, it is a photo the gives a sense of a day in the life in Rosemary beach, Florida. The lighting and composition make the photo what is is.
In this collage, I wanted to use things around the house that would really form well together. I really like this collage because each photo brings something different to the table, whether it is white space, composition, or form.

Artist Statement:

In these photos, I used the simplest of photos. Just pictures of a day in the life at Rosemary beach, FL. Sometimes the simple things bring the most meaning. What I love about these photos is that each one displays one of the key elements, whether it is composition, white space, form, texture, and etc, it is present in all the photos. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do in terms of what kind of photos to take. I thought to myself, Im in a very beautiful place, so why not take photos of , my surroundings, and see where the story goes. Im really proud of the photos that I produced for this project, because I think it tells a story in itself.
